Pennsylvania Shuts Down Wine Kiosks

Pennsylvania Auditor General Jack Wagner recently said he would audit the Liquor Control Board's wine kiosks, which were shut down in late December because of persistent mechanical problems, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.
