Americans Are Eating More Cheese Than Ever

While milk consumption in the U.S. has been declining over the last several decades, sales in cheese have been steadily increasing, reports Bloomberg. Americans eating cheese over the last two years was at its highest rate since 2000, cites the source, and boasted the highest average consumption since 1975 when the government began tracking it.
