Anthony Liftgates, Inc. recently announced that Maxon Industries Inc. has dismissed its lawsuit against the company. The lawsuit, filed in August of 2016, alleged infringement of patents pertaining to heavy duty rail lift products. Company President Thomas Walker says, “Anthony Liftgates will continue to offer the power down on demand feature on our MRT line of heavy duty rail lift products as we have for over 15 years.”
