A Waukon, IA, man was arrested by authorities from the Waukon Police Department after he was caught in the act of breaking into a vending machine, according to KCHA News. The suspect, Mitchell Halverson, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree theft, interference with official acts, possession of burglary tools and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was caught stealing from a vending machine.
