Kraft Foods Global Sues Kellogg's Over Re-Sealable Cookie Package

Kraft Foods Global Brands LLC is suing the Kellogg Co. for producing a re-sealable cookie package for its Keebler and Sandies brands that Kraft believes is too similar to its "Snack n' Seal" design, according to Reuters. Kraft Foods Global is seeking damages as well as to bar Kellogg's from infringing on the snack 'n seal patent. Full article.
