Bronco debuts freezer-ready bagel sandwiches for anytime breakfast occasions

The DropOut Companies is expanding its frozen portfolio with Bronco, A line of high protein breakfast bagel sandwiches designed for on-the-go eating and flexible schedules. The brand is positioned to deliver out-of-the-house quality in a heat-and-eat frozen format for consumers seeking fast, filling breakfast options.

The Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese sandwich has 21g of protein while the Turkey Bacon, Egg & Cheese has 15 g of protein. Both are made with egg, cheese, and a soft bagel and are formulated without seed oils.

According to The DropOut Companies, Bronco’s core differentiation is a proprietary bagel recipe and process engineered specifically for the freezer. The custom formulation is designed to maintain a soft bite when heated in the microwave or deliver a crisp exterior from an air fryer, aiming to avoid the texture trade-offs that have long defined frozen breakfast sandwiches.

The brand is targeted to what the company describes as “next generation” consumers and anyone eating on flexible schedules. With higher protein recipes, simpler ingredients and utility at any hour, Bronco seeks to capitalize on the “anytime meals” trend as Gen Z and Millennial families look for breakfast-style foods that fit beyond traditional morning dayparts.

The Bronco line is debuting in retail freezers with an exclusive nationwide rollout at Target.
