Tariffs On Mexican Tomatoes Could Lead To Higher Prices

With the suspension of an agreement with Mexico on tomatoes comes a 17.5 percent tariff on the imports, which may lead to an increase in prices of tomatoes, especially during the winter months, according to USA Today. The U.S. Department of Commerce made a statement on the termination of the agreement and related negotiations.
