Lawmakers Argue School Lunch Calorie Restrictions Leave Kids Hungry

Republican lawmakers have introduced legislation to stop the calorie limiting in school lunches, according to the Los Angeles Times. Representatives Steve King  and Tim Huelskamp are sponsoring the "No Hungry Kids Act," which will stop the anti-obesity rules that require schools in the federally subsidized lunch program to limit calories to 850 for high school students.
