Smashmallow LLC debuts Smashgummy lineup

New from Smashmallow LLC, a subsidiary of Sonoma Brands, is “Smashgummy,” is a nonchocolate confection described as snackable gummy balloons.

The new gummies have 3g. of sugar and are free of gluten and GMOs. They are made with organic cane sugar and other natural ingredients, and have no corn syrup, sugar alcohols, carrageenan, or anything fake or phony. And they have no nuts, dairy, wheat or soy ingredients.

The gummies are offered in two varieties: Fresh Picked is a medley of strawberry, cherry, orange and peach. Pucker Up is a sour mix of watermelon, raspberry, lemon and green apple. They are sold in a 2.1-oz. bag with two servings; there are 60 calories per serving.

The suggested retail price is $3.29 a bag.

The original Smashmallow combines marshmallows and crispy rice treats.
