Five Star acquires West Chester Vending, integrates routes into operations
Five Star Breaktime Solutions has acquired West Chester Vending, a vending machine operation based in Fairfield, Ohio. With the acquisition, Five Star is expanding its vending service footprint in Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky region.
Richard “Dick” Walter owned and operated West Chester Vending since 2011. The company focused on traditional vending services and regular product delivery to workplaces and other facilities, according to Five Star.
Five Star said it will integrate the acquired service locations into its existing operations. The company expects a seamless transition for customers as additional vending routes are added to support a broader service base in the Cincinnati market.
