Judge David Hurd of the U.S. District Court for Northern New York ordered Chobani, a Greek yogurt company, to halt an ad campaign that implied rival products from General Mills and Dannon were “unsafe or harmful,” NBC News reports. Both General Mills, maker of Yoplait Greek 100, and Dannon, maker of Light & Fit Greek yogurt, filed separate lawsuits earlier this month.
