After months of searching for a serial vending machine thief, Pennsylvania state police have arrested David Matthews for the crimes, according to WNEP. North Central Sight Services machines, located at rest stops along Interstate 80 near Danville, PA, were broken into multiple times. Bob Garrett, president and CEO of North Central Sight Services, located in Williamsport, PA, told the source, “The arm of the law takes a while to extend and pull in the person they need to, but it has happened and we’re very pleased.” In Oct. 2014 Garrett offered a $3,000 reward for information that could lead to an arrest of the person responsible for vandalizing the organization’s machines.
