North Central Sight Services Offers $3,000 Reward For Information On Vending Crimes

Bob Garrett, CEO of North Central Sight Services located in Williamsport, PA, is offering a $3,000 reward for information that could lead to an arrest of the person or persons responsible for vandalizing dozens of the organization's vending machines, according to WNEP.
