Cleveland Councilman Proposes Energy Drink Ban

Cleveland, Ohio Councilman Kenneth Johnson has proposed a ban on the sale of energy drinks, according to News Channel 5 in Cleveland. The proposed ordinance, presented at a city council meeting, would prohibit the sale of energy drinks to people under the age of 18. The ordinance would include removing energy drinks from vending machines, which minors have access to. Full article.
