FDA Releases Guide To Help Small Businesses Comply With Food Labeling Requirements

The FDA has released recommendations helping small businesses understand how to fulfill the requirements regarding food labeling of conventional foods and dietary supplements. Manufacturers that have $10 million or more in annual food sales need to have begun complying with these requirements as of Jan. 1, 2020, and manufacturers making less than $10 million in annual food sales need to comply by Jan. 1, 2021.
