CTW 2026 puts pantry growth, sales and workplace change on the agenda
NAMA’s Coffee, Tea & Water (CTW) event will bring convenience services operators and suppliers to Austin in November. The program focuses on office coffee service (OCS), pantry and workplace amenities, with sessions for operators considering new services and those working to grow and manage existing operations.
CTW opens its general-session program with a keynote from Nicole Cramer, a former top-ranked Aramark Refreshments salesperson. Cramer now works as a sales coach, helping teams shift from product-focused pitches to consultative, needs-based conversations. For convenience services operators, that puts client relationships and how operators sell their services at the center of CTW’s opening program.
Wednesday’s lunch program combines a general-session discussion with the Coffee Legend of the Year award presentation. NAMA will honor Judson Kleinman, founder of Corporate Essentials, as its 2026 Legend of the Year. Recognized for more than four decades of industry leadership, Kleinman has helped shape the modern workplace experience through innovation, service and a commitment to building strong industry relationships.
Thursday’s general session, “Drivers of Change,” will examine workplace amenity trends and what they could mean for the future of workplace services.Rob Gebhardt, Americas regional lead for workplace experience at Jones Lang LaSalle, is a featured speaker. For operators serving offices, the topic connects workplace changes with the amenities and refreshment services clients may seek.
CTW’s Learning Journeys add breakout sessions for operators looking for practical ideas in specific areas. The “New to Pantry Services” track is aimed at unattended retail operators considering OCS and pantry as ways to pursue revenue growth and client retention. The Sales track focuses on consultative selling and relationship building, while Executive Leadership covers organizational structure, hiring and team optimization.
CTW 2026 takes place Nov. 18-19 at the Renaissance Austin Arboretum Domain Hotel in Austin, Texas.
