Jim Mitchell of Treat America Food Services based in Mission, Kan., said he found some interesting vending concepts at the National Automatic Merchandising Association OneShow in Chicago.
Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Automatic Merchandiser Magazine, Mitchell says he is interested in the unattended retailing systems, the “Fountain Bob” beverage vending system, and healthy options.
