Brett Johnson from A.D. Bos Vending Service in Holland, Mich., interviewed by Emily Refermat, managing editor of Automatic Merchandiser Magazine, said he enjoyed the keynote speaker, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Johnson said he found some points he could apply to his own business, such as that people have different strengths and weaknesses that should be appreciated. At the show, he hoped to find new products that met better-for-you guidelines but that consumers will buy.
