Blupura announces it has been honored with iF Design Award 2023

Two Blupura products were awarded for their innovative design: Blu2Go water vending machine and Unico bottleless water filling station.

Blupura, an Italian provider of high-quality and eco-friendly water dispensers, announced it has been honored with the iF Design Award 2023 for two of its products, Blu2Go and Unico.

The two products won in the product discipline, public design category, and were selected as winners by a 133-member jury of independent experts from around the world because of their elegant, functional design combined with the use of the most sophisticated technologies.

Nearly 11,000 entries from 56 countries were submitted in hopes of receiving the seal of approval. 

According to Blupura’s announcement, the award is the result of years of research and development to offer cutting-edge water solutions that meet the needs of modern consumers and demonstrates its commitment to creating innovative solutions that seamlessly marry aesthetics, functionality and sustainability. 

Blu2Go – Water vending machine

Blu2Go, designed for public spaces, such as schools, gyms, stations, offices and rest areas, is an efficient and versatile water vending machine able to dispense four types of water in a bottle or cup and also allowing the purchase of a water bottle or simply just cleansing. Due to a unique internal dispense storage facility, Blu2Go can sell up to 40 stainless steel thermal water bottles, as well as recyclable paper cup.

Unico – Bottleless water filling station

Unico is designed and manufactured for public use spaces, especially for airports. Due to its innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence and proximity sensors, it can autonomously fill any type of container. It can dispense up to four types of water, one for each tap: hot, cold still, cold sparkling and room temperature.
