Compass Group USA’s vending and coffee service division posted a blog article that answers questions about how the operation minimizes food waste using technology and micro markets.
Canteen pointed out that 33% of all food produced globally is lost or wasted every year.
“With a shocking statistic like that and our reach across the country, we are committed to not only delivering breaks that are better for you but better for the environment,” Canteen posted.
