Playboy Magazine Uses Instagram Activated Vending Machine As Part Of Redesign Launch

Can vending machines be considered sexy? Possibly if they deliver the right sort of products. Playboy will be early-releasing its redesigned magazine via an Instagram-activated vending machine at the brand’s consumer debut party in San Francisco, CA during pro-football’s biggest weekend of the year, according to a company release. Attendees of the party on Feb. 5 will be some of the first consumers to receive copies of the March issue on newsstands Feb. 12 through the social media vending machine which encourages them to “post for a peek”.
