Wheeling, Illinois – Illinois Lock Company is increasing the stock availability of two of its most popular cam locks, the DC650 zinc die cast cam lock and the DC622 outdoor rated cam lock. The increase is intended to provide additional popular keyed alike numbers.
DC650 locks
The DC650 zinc die cast cam lock features a bright chrome finish and is stocked in a wide range of sizes, including 7/16”, 5/8”, 7/8” and 1-1/8”. Locks are bag-packed with extra hardware able to fit the lock into a variety of installations. Locks are available in a variety of codes, including CH751, C415A, LS300 as well as being available keyed differently.
Illinois Lock has this cam lock available in 40 different styles, to fit metal or wood installations in drawers, doors, cabinets, enclosures, etc. Locks come complete with two cams, two stop plates, cam screw, mounting nut, trim washer, spur washer and spline fillers.
Minimum order is 50 locks.
DC622 locks
The DC622 is one of Illinois Lock’s most popular outdoor rated cam locks, with a stainless steel bezel and an automotive style dust shutter. It stocks two sizes, 5/8’ and 7/8”, and the 7/8’ size is also available in a NEMA 4 version.
These locks are designed for use in metal and fiberglass products. They come with a poly bag of parts including a barrel lock, two keys, 90 and 180 degree stop plates, one straight cam and two formed cams, one escutcheon and one cam retaining screw with star washer.
DC622 locks are available in a variety of barrel lengths and cam styles. They feature an internal O-ring and external gasket to prevent water penetration, and are chrome-plated over a double nickel finish for protection. They use reversible keys for ease of use even in low-light situations.
Illinois Lock has recently increased the number of DC622 locks that it keeps in stock from 4 to 12, providing buyers with additional keyed alike numbers.
