The San Diego, CA, City Council has voted to increase the city’s minimum wage to $11.50 per hour by 2017, according to the LA Times. The minimum wage will rise to $9.75 per hour on Jan. 1 2015, $10.50 on Jan. 1 2016 and $11.50 on Jan. 1 2017. Full article.
