In a video, Christine Lavelle of CSPDailyNews reviewed four trends she witnessed at this year’s event. Lavelle discussed the popularity of jerky and how texture and taste are taking a front seat for consumers. Lavelle also noted that “mini” meals are the “essence of snacking” and ‘hot’ flavors are still popular with consumers.
