Kellogg said it will be closing its Seelyville, IN, snack plant in 2017 in a move to reduce capacity in its cracker manufacturing operations, according to BakeryAndSnacks. The plant currently produces crackers for the Kashi and Town House brands.
The plant will begin shutdown in February with closing completed in September of next year. In total, about 150 jobs will be impacted as a result of the plant closure.
