Vitaminwater Lawsuit To Proceed As Class Action

A New York judge recently said the lawsuit claiming Coca-Cola made misleading advertising statements on its Vitaminwater products can continue, but as a class action suit, according to the Associated Press. The plaintiffs can force Coca-Cola to change the marketing language, but can not seek financial damages. Full article.
