GMO Labeling Bill Proposed By U.S. Representative

U.S. Rep. Jared Polis, D-Colo., has sponsored a bill that would require genetically modified organism, or GMO, to be noted on food labels, according to the Boulder County Business Report. Rep. Peter DeFazio, D-Ore., and Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., are co-sponsoring the bill. Full article.
