Study Shows No Link Between Trans Fats And Diabetes

A new review of medical research shows that eating trans fats can increase cholesterol, but doesn't affect blood sugar levels or insulin, which are both involved in diabetes, according to Reuters. Previously, there was conflicting research about the link between trans fats and problems with blood sugar control. Full article.
