New York Lawmaker Proposes $250 Cap On Food Cart Fees

New York State Senator Tim Kennedy has proposed a $250 limit to the annual fee New York municipalities can charge food trucks, according to WBFO. Currently, the fees vary, with a food truck in the City of Buffalo being charged $1,000 annually. Full article.
