A pair of University of Nevada Las Vegas employees appreciated being able to read about nutritional information before buying a product from the Canteen 2bU machine, a beverage/snack glassfront with LCD screen that carries product that is locally sourced, organic, all natural, vegan, gluten-free or kosher. They said they would like to have such machines at their own university.
