In 2008, the company restructured and became a franchisee of Canteen, a Compass-Group USA subsidiary, creating a contiguous footprint across Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and North Carolina.
