Laird Superfood’s maple instant latte targets wellness-focused vending

Laird Superfood has launched a maple instant latte fortified with functional mushrooms. The move seeks to meet growing demand for beverage innovation that merges flavor, convenience and wellness.

Like Laird’s other clean-label functional drinks, Maple Instant Latte includes plant-based protein sources, extracts from adaptogenic mushrooms such as lion’s mane, cordyceps, maitake and chaga, and a mineral complex dubbed Aquamin that provides calcium and trace elements. The maple flavor offers fall seasonal appeal.

The powdered drink can be served hot or iced by simply adding water, enabling its use across vending, office coffee, grab-and-go or micro market formats. Each pouch contains six servings.
