Bob Tullio will return as emcee for NAMA’s 2026 CTW event in Austin
The National Automatic Merchandising Association has tapped Bob Tullio to emcee its 2026 Coffee Tea & Water event, scheduled for Nov. 18-19 in Austin, Texas.
Tullio also led the program at CTW 2025 in Miami, guiding general sessions, moderating keynote discussions and industry panels, and participating in audience polling and discussions about challenges facing office coffee service and convenience services operators.
“Members of NAMA’s Coffee Services Committee were enthusiastic at the idea of inviting Bob Tullio back to emcee CTW,” said Eric Rochon Larson, NAMA director of education. “I was delighted when Bob told us the feeling is mutual.”
Tullio spent 37 years building and leading Gourmet Coffee Service in Los Angeles. He now works as a consultant, speaker and contributing editor for Automatic Merchandiser and VendingMarketWatch.com. He also hosts the Vending & OCS Nation podcast and has produced more than 140 episodes featuring operators, suppliers, entrepreneurs and other convenience services industry participants. Topics include office coffee service, workplace amenities, technology, business development and leadership.
Tullio said CTW 2026 will also provide operators with more information about pantry service, an area that continues to generate questions from newer operators.
“I get so many inquiries from newer operators who are seeking direction on pantry service,” Tullio said. “How do I sell one? How do I operate one? What should the profit margin look like? How do I set a budget?”
As emcee, Tullio is expected to help connect speakers and panel discussions with operational issues affecting attendees rather than simply introduce individual sessions.
“OCS has been an important part of my professional life for decades,” Tullio said. “The industry is evolving rapidly, and CTW gives operators and suppliers an opportunity to come together, exchange ideas and look at where the business is headed.”
