Eversys unveils latest innovation Légacy, a compact coffee machine

May 4, 2022
The company designed the configuration of the components to optimize space.

With the new Légacy machine, leading global manufacturer of professional espresso equipment Eversys overcomes the challenge of maintaining a modular system while meeting the dimension requirements. The company designed the configuration of the components to optimize space. All modules are integrated into the machine with easy access, thus reducing maintenance time and costs.

Légacy can be configured with up to four grinders, offering the production and choice of four different types of beans.

In the one-step system, milk is frothed with air, ensuring optimal flavor and texture. In addition, and especially for this new machine, Eversys engineers designed a unique powder unit, two hoppers for the dispensing of any two powders necessary to produce hot beverages. At the end of service, cleaning the machine is easy and sustainable with new fully automatic cleaning system for coffee and milk.

To ensure the machine is cleaned and operated properly, e-connect, a leading-edge telemetry system, enables the tracking and processing of live data to and from anywhere in the world.

Each element combines functionality and aesthetics. This approach minimizes the number of components, simplifies assembly and improves maintenance. An all-metal construction ensures reliability and durability. The machine is available in two colors and material variants.

Légacy does not require a lot of space to offer reliability, performance and premium quality coffee — it is ideal for office coffee services, quick service restaurants, convenience stores and small coffee chains interested in specialty and high-grade coffee production.

Légacy will be introduced as a 1-step machine until 2023 when a steam version will become available.

This new machine, in view of global certification requirements, will be launched in a global sequence:

  • Q2 2022 - Europe
  • Q3 2022 - Middle East
  • Q1 2023 - North America
  • Q2 2023 - South-East Asia
