Breville has updated its premium espresso line with the debut of the Oracle Dual Boiler, a machine designed to pair commercial-grade performance with intuitive automation. For office coffee service operators exploring options for café-quality beverages, the model offers features that can satisfy espresso-loving clients.

The Oracle Dual Boiler has both automatic and manual modes, allowing operators to cater to employees who prefer a one-touch experience while serving those who seek a more hands-on approach. In auto mode, coffee preparation is simplified to three steps: grind, brew and milk. With 15 preset café drinks, from flat whites to iced lattes, the system can expand menu options. Cold coffee options are not overlooked, with iced lattes and shakeratos, among others. Its dual boiler system enables simultaneous espresso extraction and milk steaming to meet the morning coffee-rush needs of high-demand office environments.

New features include Breville’s Auto Dial-In system, which adjusts grind size automatically, reduces training needs and helps ensure quality with every cup. Wi-Fi connectivity supports software updates and future feature enhancements, allowing the equipment to evolve to meet coffee trends.
