Kona District Farmers Sue Brands That They Allege Are Falsely Labeling Their Coffee As 'Kona'

Coffee farmers in the Kona District of the Big Island of Hawaii have filed a class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington against producers and sellers of 19 coffee brands identifying as Kona that the farmers allege contain no or very little amounts of Kona coffee, according to an article posted on The National Law Review.
