Fourth Wave Coffee Fuses Regional Flavors

A fourth wave of coffee is beginning which melds flavors from different regions in a celebrate history and culture. Vinepair profiled one of these new fourth wave coffee cafes, Cocoa Cinnamon located in Durham, NC, that is providing a new take on specialty coffee drinks. Customers can enjoy the Strait of Hormuz pour-over, which is African and Asian coffee infused with Malabar black pepper, brewed to order, or the La Frida Latte with housemade mole syrup and Latin American beans. The company calls it the fourth dimension.
