Kenyan Coffee Farmers To Sell In American Markets

Some coffee growers in Kenya are interested in the American market for their produce, according to Kenya News. The farmers met with American marketing groups to discuss selling their produce directly to American distributors. This would effectively eliminate any middle-men or cartels to intervene, which have in the past contributed to poor performance of the sector. The farmers will be meeting next month to discuss the structure of selling coffee to America.
