According to a recently published study, a minor ingredient of coffee may protect against Alzheimer’s disease, reported Food Consumer. The study found that coffee compound eicosanoyl -5-hydroxytryptamide (EHT) exhibited a protective effect in a rat model for Alzheimer's disease. Full article.
