High-end Coffee Comes From Elephant Dung

Black Ivory Coffee sells for $50 a cup because it comes from the Northern hills of Thailand where coffee beans are eaten by elephants and then taken from their dung a day later, according to the San Bernardino Sun. A reaction inside the elephant's stomach gives the coffee an earthy flavor that is smooth on the palate. Full article.
