The Curtis G4 Omega coffee brewing system helps busy restaurants, hotels, offices and banquet rooms deliver cup after cup of fresh quality coffee to even the largest gatherings. Available in single (OMGS) or twin (OMGT/OMGT10) configurations, with universally-designed vacuum servers, the Omega can brew up to 36 gallons of coffee per hour with a 14.5 gallon tank capacity on the twin unit. Its unique large brew basket can accommodate up to 28 ounces of gourmet coffee and an integrated high-volume hot water faucet meets a variety of foodservice needs—instant beverages, cereals and more.

The Curtis G4 Digital Control Board offers precise control over all aspects of brewing, including pre-infusion, pulse-brew and volume control. Intuitive digital on-screen instructions simplify training and eliminate guesswork, even during the busiest periods. The machine also includes preset one-touch global recipes based on coffee type, grind and weight, which helps companies produce a consistent gourmet coffee profile—right out of the box.
