New from Wilbur Curtis Co. is the G4 GemX Narrow IntelliFresh, a small footprint coffee brewer system designed around the company’s FreshTrac technology.
At just 10.5" wide, the GemX Narrow's two 1.5-gal. dispensers fit side by side, allowing operators to brew three gallons of their best seller or feature an additional specialty coffee variety in the same compact space. The rotating brew basket makes it easy to brew into either satellite without changing their position.
Curtis GemX satellite brewers have been used in foodservice spaces since 2018. The new narrow model is designed to maximize counterspace and double an operator's foodservice coffee volume.
Curtis is part of the Groupe SEB, which acquired Wilbur Curtis in 2019. Its FreshTrac technology streamlines labor by replacing alarms and mechanical timers with a customizable system of three LEDs that glow and flash, letting operators track coffee freshness and volume from across the room.
