Tractor Beverage ranked No. 34 in the small and medium company category of the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production list.

Produced by Great Place To Work, the list draws on confidential employee feedback about trust, respect, fairness and other aspects of workplace culture. The category includes eligible companies with 10 to 999 U.S. employees. Tractor’s recognition follows a July 2025 employee survey conducted through Great Place To Work, according to the company.

The beverage company said it has operated remotely since its founding. Its employee programs include financial support for community-supported agriculture memberships and Farm Camp, which brings employees to farms to learn about agricultural practices and beverage ingredients.
