Sprite is launching a new global brand platform called “It’s That Fresh,” a move the company says will unify Sprite’s marketing and identity while expanding culture and food-focused partnerships.

Among the changes is the return of the brand’s Lymon symbol alongside updated packaging rolling out this month across Sprite and Sprite Zero Sugar. The company said new cans will feature a vertical Sprite wordmark. Sprite Zero Sugar will continue to use black design cues to differentiate it on the shelf.

For operators watching what’s next in limited-time offers and menu pairings, Sprite said it is continuing its spicy food marketing with “Hurts Real Good with Sprite,” including global and regional partnerships with Takis, Tabasco and McDonald’s. The company said the effort will be supported by social and creator-led content, live experiences and Sprite & Spicy bundle offers.

Sprite also said it plans to expand two innovations globally — Sprite Chill and Sprite + Tea— after what it described as strong consumer response in North America.

Sprite Chill, first launched as a limited-time offering in 2024, adds a proprietary cooling sensation to the brand’s lemon-lime profile. Sprite said the global expansion will include four limited-time flavors: Cherry Lime, Strawberry Kiwi, Berry and Lemon Mint. The company also said it is evolving mixology-inspired experiences in quick-service restaurants.

Sprite + Tea is based on a consumer-driven trend of steeping tea bags in Sprite, the company said. Sprite plans to expand the line globally beginning with Sprite + Black Tea in select markets, with additional flavors and variants in development.

Sprite said availability of Sprite Chill and Sprite + Tea — along with regular and Zero Sugar varieties, limited-time flavors and packaging formats — will vary by market.
