USA Technologies provided wireless, cashless payment and M2M telemetry solutions for small-ticket, self-serve retailing industries such as vending.

Its ePort Connect service platform, is a PCI-compliant, end-to-end suite of cashless payment and telemetry services specially tailored to fit the needs of the small ticket, self-service retail industries. 

The company also provided cashless acceptance technologies such as its NFC/Mobile-ready ePort® G9 and ePort Interactive service for unattended customers, and QuickConnect, an API Web service for developers. USA Technologies was granted 84 patents and has agreements with Verizon, Visa, Elavon and major customers such as Compass, Crane, AMI Entertainment and others.

In November 2020, USA Technologies Inc. announced that it would transition its corporate identity to exclusively operate under the name Cantaloupe Inc.
