Mondelez Acquires Vitasnella From Danone

Kraft Foods' global snacks spin-off Mondelez has acquired Italian biscuit business Vitasnella from Danone, according to confectionery news. While Kraft had already been producing the biscuits under license, the acquisition lets Mondelez can gain ownership of the brand.  Danone will keep its dairy operations. Full article.
