Swedish Fish partners with TerraCycle for package recycling

The No. 1 fish-shaped candy brand in the U.S. has partnered with international recycling leader TerraCycle to offer consumers a free, easy way to recycle Swedish Fish packaging.

Every shipment of Swedish Fish packaging waste sent to TerraCycle earns collectors points that can be used for charitable gifts or converted to cash and donated to a nonprofit, school or charitable organization of their choice.

To participate, Swedish Fish fans can sign up on the TerraCycle program page and mail in the packaging waste using a prepaid shipping label. Once collected, the packaging is cleaned and melted into hard plastic that can be remolded to make new recycled products.
