My/Mochi taps viral flavor trend with Dubai Chocolate Style launch
My/Mochi has launched Dubai Chocolate Style mochi ice cream, expanding its lineup with a new flavor inspired by a viral global dessert trend. The new flavor combines pistachio ice cream, chocolate bits and crunchy kadayif, a Turkish-style shredded phyllo dough, all wrapped in chocolate mochi dough. Each piece offers a bite-sized 80-calorie treat designed for easy, handheld enjoyment.
According to Brigette Wolf, chief marketing officer at My/Mochi, the new product reflects the company’s commitment to connecting with evolving consumer tastes. “We saw an opportunity to be the first to bring Dubai chocolate to mochi ice cream, and we couldn’t be more excited about this launch,” Wolf said in a release.
Convenience-oriented indulgence like single-serve mochi aligns with consumer interest in portion control and experiential snacking. Viral food trends such as Dubai chocolate are driving retail demand.
