Healthy Generation Vending of Humble, TX, said it has acquired nearby All Texas Vending of Houston. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to the announcement, All Texas Vending will operate within the Healthy Generation Vending’s existing operation managed by HGV owners Tim and Michael Ray.
This is one of several acquisitions for HGV chief executive Tim Ray. “We are excited to work with the customers of All Texas Vending and continue the great service that Brad [Bolin] always offered to his customers over the years” Ray said.
Founded by Brad Bolin, All Texas Vending has been in business for more than 17 years. The veteran operator said he has retirement plans and chose to sell to Healthy Generation Vending because of its great service and reputation.
