Our contributing editor Bob Tullio has just released a new video on his b2b Perspective YouTube channel.
Reflecting on this new video, titled Cashing in on the worst b2b site ever!, Tullio recalled the first column he ever wrote for Vending MarketWatch.com, back in July of 2017.
“That first column – Losing sleep over Yelp – caused some reaction. I even heard from Yelp and they were not particularly thrilled,” Tullio said. “As much as I am not a fan of Yelp (it simply does not belong in the b2b space), I think everyone in the b2b world should consider advertising on the platform. This video talks about why Yelp makes sense for operators as a b2b business development tool.
“Hint – Yelp is the road less travelled,” he added.
